Returns & Exchanges
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Clearance items, sale items, vintage items, and gift certificates are final sales and non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All merchandise is warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Should the item you purchase be unsatisfactory due to a defect we will be pleased to repair or replace the product.
Product return requests will be considered at our discretion within 30 days of you receiving your items. If the product has not been used and is returned in all original packaging with tags attached, you will receive a store credit for future purchases.
All returns must have prior authorization, which can be obtained by e-mailing us at irishlinenvictoria@shaw.ca, or by calling us toll free at 1-877-966-6868. Please inform us of the nature of the issue so that we can determine the best solution.
Should you be asked to return your product from outside of Victoria, BC, please follow the instructions below:
1. Address return to Irish Linen Stores, 665 Fort St. Victoria, B.C. V8W 1G6.
2. Enclose a note with your name, address, phone number and a copy of your original receipt.
3. Send all returns via Canada Post or as directed; please insure your package against loss or damage.
All shipping costs for returns will be borne by the consumer and will be reimbursed should the return be deemed as a valid manufacturer’s defect claim.
