SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Please ensure the address you enter is complete and accurate. Irish Linen Stores is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses.

PROCESSING TIMES

We endeavour to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order whenever possible.

SHIPPING TIMES

Canada Post is ultimately responsible for shipping times. All shipments are insured and trackable, unless the lettermail option is requested at checkout. When an order is shipped, a Canada Post tracking number is issued and this is emailed to you once available. In general, the following delivery times are usually met:

Within Canada: 2-7 business days
USA: 5-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Canadian orders:
o Local orders: In store pick up, no shipping charge
o Lettermail: no tracking: $13 for an order value of up to $25.00
o Flat Rate With Tracking: $25 for an order value above $25.01

USA orders:
o Flat Rate: $25

USA AND INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

All orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees that are paid by the buyer. The value of payment received cannot be altered to decrease international custom fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the buyer at the time of pick up.

We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control and beyond the original delivery estimates.
